Bon Haven is a water privileged, non mandatory association community located on the South River in Annapolis. It is located to the west of the Riva Road Bridge crossing the river. Because of the bridge height, sail boats do not venture up to Bon Haven. This is power boat country. Comprised of about 60 homes and orginially built in the 1960's, it offers a rural feel with heavily wooded lots. The community is convenient to all major roads and provides a reasonable commute to Annapolis, Washington, Baltimore and the eastern shore.Annapolis, MD 21401
