My objective is two fold: First, to effectively market and sell every home that I have listed in an optimum time period and for the best price. Second, to assist all buyers become even more informed about a potential home purchase.
So, I came up with this idea of creating an Internet portal where potential buyers can take "two minute Video tours" of homes for sale 24 hours per day. It's like having an endless "Open House". That original idea has developed further and I am preparing "two minute Video neighborhood tours" and "Events in an Around Annapolis". The content in Communities and Neighborhoods is designed to help buyers get a feel for each community to include their amenities, access to water privileges, etc. Under "community water privileges, there are two tours of the water privileges on the Severn River.
YourInternetOpenHouse is easy to use. In the left hand column at the top of the page, there are CATEGORIES that provide active links to the content. Of primary interest are the TOURS of which there are four:
- Tours: Communities and Neighborhoods A - M and N - Z (organized alphabetically)
- Events in and Around Annapolis
- Homes for Sale
- Community Water Privileges
Simply click on your area of interest and you will find a chronological posting with the newest listed first. Continue scrolling down the page and you will discover all of the content that has been posted to date.
