Heritage Harbour - a 55 + Adult Community

Located on the south west side of Annapolis just off Riva Road, Heritage Harbour is the premier adult community in the area.  The amenities are amazing and include:  golf course, tennis, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, exercise room, aerobics, library, classes, clubs, walking trails and more.

"Bon Haven" on the South River

Annapolis, MD 21401

Bon Haven is a water privileged, non mandatory association community located on the South River in Annapolis.  It is located to the west of the Riva Road Bridge crossing the river.  Because of the bridge height, sail boats do not venture up to Bon Haven.  This is power boat country. Comprised of about 60 homes and orginially built in the 1960's, it offers a rural feel with heavily wooded lots.  The community is convenient to all major roads and provides a reasonable commute to Annapolis, Washington, Baltimore and the eastern shore.

Moorings on the Magothy

Arnold, MD 21012

Moorings on the Magothy is a gated, condominium community located on the banks of the Magothy River in Arnold, MD near Anne Arundel Community College.  It offers two and three level town homes, some of which are located with wonderful water views.  The community offers a pier, beach, tennis courts, and lots of green space.  Residents receive water, sewer, road maintenance, exterior landscaping and maintenance as part of their condo fees.  It's a wonderful place to live where you can just enjoy yourself and not be tied to the lawn mower each weekend.

Lighthouse Landing, Annapolis, MD

This newer, age restricted community is located on the northern side of Annapolis near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge just off of Route 50.  It is not properly in the City of Annapolis.  The community offers large colonial homes, many with main floor master suites.  Homes were built by Koch Homes and Ryland Homes starting in 2003.

Morgans Purchase - Arnold, MD

Located just off of governor Ritchie Highway near Anne Arundel Community College. This is a small community with just two main streets. The homes were built in the mid 1980's and are typically colonials. The topography is a bit hilly with a wonderful canopy of mature trees. Many homes back up to conservation areas. The homes are far enough from the roads that you do not even know they are there. The community is in an excellent location for commuting to Annapolis, Baltimore, DC, and the Eastern Shore.

Martins Cove Farm, Annapolis, MD

Martins Cove Farm is located in Annapolis near to the US Naval Academy Golf Course, the WWII Memorial, and US Naval Station.  It is a small community with one plus acre home lots, tree lined streets, and quick access to Annapolis, Baltimore, the eastern Shore, and DC.

Linstead, Severna Park, MD 21146

The community of Linstead on the Severn is located in the heart of Severna Park with water privileges on Round Bay.  The waters of Round Bay are attractive to large sail and power boats.  It is a great area for skiing, fishing, crabbing and just relaxing in the warm summer sun.  It is one of the most attractive communities with a wide variety of turn of the century homes as well as new and remodeled properties.  To reach Linstead, take Riggs Avenue in Severna Park south and you will run directly into this wonderful community.

Cape Saint John, Annapolis 21401

Cape Saint John is a water privileged community located just off the South River and accessible via Riva Road.  The community offers a non mandatory home owners association with a beach, boat ramp, day tie up, picnic tables, small boat storage, and childrens play ground available to members.  Many of homes that front the water have riparian privileges and are able to install and maintain private piers.  The location outside of the Riva Road Bridge allow access by both power and sail boats.

Cape Saint Claire - Annapolis (21409)

Cape Saint Claire is a large geographic area on the Broadneck Peninsula comprised of about 2200 homes.  It offers wonderful water privileges, sports activities, and a rich community life with many clubs and organizations.  Located just off Route 50 on Cape Saint Claire Road, it is convenient to Annapolis, the Eastern Shore, Sandy Point State Park, Anne Arundel Community College, Fort Meade, NSA, and Baltimore.

Belleview Estates - Severna Park (21146)

Belleview Estates is located off of Old County Road in Severna Park just east of the intersection with Jones Station Road.  The community offers all brick homes on large lots, magnificient tree lined streets, in ground utilities, and water privileges on the Severn River adjacent to Round Bay.  The community is near the B & A Trail.
